About The Firm

We understand that the hiring of an attorney is an important and sometimes expensive decision. At Moeller, PA we are a little different from other firms. Here, for most legal matters, we work together with our clients at the very beginning of our attorney-client relationship to determine a fair fixed-fee for our legal services. Under these fixed-fee arrangements, you will never be caught off guard when receiving your bill, and you will know from the onset exactly what you will pay for our legal services.

The bulk of our real property practice involves the representation of buyers and sellers of residential real property.  We also regularly assist clients with refinances.

Our firm represents clients in the preparation of wills, advanced directives, powers of attorney, trusts, and various other estate planning documents.  We also represent administrators and executors with the administration of probate of estates.

Corporate

Our firm represents clients with the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

We do not represent clients in matters involving litigation, traffic/criminal, family law or any other matter that is not associated with a strictly transaction legal practice.
